I created Feminist Business School to support beginners—people who are newly embarking on their entrepreneurial journey. If you are wanting business consulting with a feminist framework, I lead the field. I bring 20 years of small business experience, 10 years of consulting expertise, 10 years of healing arts training, a degree in Critical Theory (including Feminist Theory and Critical Race Theory), and a large library of one-of-a-kind feminist business tools I have developed for Sister over the past 5 years.

My consulting approach is an alchemy of academic and experiential knowledge, observational insights, resource referrals, intuitive guidance, and collaborative problem solving. I also use embodiment practices—visualizations and gentle movement—to help you reconnect with inner resources and move through blockages and fears. TOPPLING THE PATRIARCHY
PACKAGE

Here’s the T: we’ve all implemented some patriarchal business-as-usual strategies, systems, and structures that aren’t in alignment with our feminist values. We keep using these outdated approaches in our company for lack of time or support to seek out and develop better solutions that embody our feminist beliefs. But, it doesn’t feel good.

This consulting package is designed for feminist entrepreneurs and executives who are done with patriarchal business-as-usual and ready to make fundamental feminist changes in one area of their business. You want a new way of doing business, one that embody your values. Over the course of 6 sessions, we’ll transform one area of your business, bringing your feminist principles into practice, so you can work with more integrity and enthusiasm.

Here’s how the process works: first, we’ll hone in on what’s out of alignment. Then, we’ll articulate your values and desires, so we’re clear on what kind of business you want to create. Then, I’ll guide you through a process of experimentation and exploration to devise a way of doing business that embodies your feminist values and is right for your business (not someone else’s). Throughout the journey, I’ll provide structured guidance, resources, and ongoing emotional support.

At the end, you’ll have a company you can be proud of, knowing that you’re walking your talk and doing business in a way that embodies your feminist beliefs. Not only will this make it more enjoyable to work in your company, it will make your business more attractive and magnetic to others who share your beliefs, helping you enterprise to flourish.
